Who we are
The 9 on Cottenham Owners Association represents the owners of the units at 9 Cottenham, and exists to manage and maintain the property in the interests of everyone who lives here.
Through an elected committee, the association looks after the common areas, collects levies, manages shared services and expenses, and makes sure the rules that keep our community pleasant and secure are applied fairly.
Every owner is a member of the association, and every resident benefits from it. The more involved our members are, the better our home runs — we encourage all owners to attend general meetings and have their say.
What the association does

Documents
The constitution, community rules, meeting minutes and financial statements are available to owners on request while we set up a members' area.
New residents
Moving in? Welcome! Contact the committee to be added to the residents' list and receive gate, refuse and utility information for the property.
